St. Andre Home, Inc. has an exciting leadership opportunity for a creative and talented marketing and development professional. Since , St. Andre Home, Inc. has been reaching out to young mothers and their at-risk children, as well as women experiencing a crisis pregnancy who have nowhere to turn for help. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the ideal candidate for this position will advance and grow a significant marketing and development program and fund-raising strategy to support the provision of services in accordance with the agency's mission. The program will include creatively increasing St. Andre Home's identity and visibility in the professional and greater communities, special events, annual and capital campaigns, major and planned giving and grant writing. Ideal candidates will have background in engaging board members and in developing teams with community leaders and volunteers. (S)he will be skilled in donor databases, Microsoft office suite, have demonstrated skills in working with social and traditional media and have the expertise to create a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization.
